Missing Hawaii woman Hannah Kobayashi was seen on camera crossing into Mexico after she vanished from a Los Angeles airport last month, according to reports.
The 30-year-old intentionally missed her connecting flight from LA to New York and instead left the country, law enforcement sources told multiple news outlets, including ABC 7.
Kobayashi’s family members said she sent odd text messages before her disappearance raising concerns among her loved ones.
Authorities said earlier Monday that the missing photographer intentionally skipped her next flight to the Empire State — but Kobayashi’s worried relatives dispute their claim.
Her father, Ryan Kobayashi, was among several family members to travel to Los Angeles to help in the search. He was found dead in a parking lot near LAX on Nov. 24 with officials ruling his death a suicide.
