He bit!

He has also been involved in many high-profile deals including Vita Coco, Bai Brands, Popchips, Flywheel Spinning Studios, Wtrmln Wtr, Chef’s Cut Real Jerky and Sir Kensington’s.

His new home dates to 1936 and was sculpted by the architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, who also lived there. Dixon is known for designing the Raleigh, the Tides and other Art Deco classics on South Beach.

This 3,756-square-foot spread comes with four bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and sits on a third of an acre. It was on the market a mere six days. The sellers, Rudolf and Nicole Budja, bought the home for $5 million in 2008.

The historic home comes plenty of modern conveniences. Those include a resort-style backyard entertainment area with a summer kitchen, as well as a detached one-bedroom, one-bath guest house. It’s on the Venetian Islands, where neighbors include tech billionaire Peter Thiel.

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Jackson Keddell and Dean Bloch. Oza was repped by Evan Weiss, of 305 Degrees Realty, LLC.
